The Garden is found in a small village at 400m (1,300 ft) near PERPIGNAN in the FENOUILLEDES hills. It was created out of my passion for plants and love of nature. The Garden of 1.5 ha (2.5 acres) consists of two parts: the first, which is where the guided visit takes place, is a succession of flower beds where I explain where the plants originate, what they can be used for and how they behave in nature. The air here is laden with smells. The second part is a series of thematic gardens, which give a feeling of calm and serenity. This part is quite new and in the years to come will be transformed by the addition of new plants. Here you will find the 'Curate's Garden' with vegetables, flowers and medicinal plants. The rose garden with old-fashioned roses and English roses. The world of cacti, with agaves, aloes and cactus fruit. Further on, the 'garrigue' offers us lavenders, century-old olive trees, 'CISTEs' and 'CAPITELLE', the unadulterated local flora. All the way along your path through the garden, the senses are stimulated and in every season there are all sorts of flowers to be discovered…
